The clean and modern facilities stood out, with super friendly staff making the experience warm. Access to a 24-hour coffee bar and a decent breakfast helped start the day on a good note. Parking fees were unexpectedly high at $40 per night, and not receiving rewards points were good. A disappointing lack of shuttle service to the hospital and some inconsistencies in guest treatment were concerning.

The hotel with exceptionally comfortable rooms, in a very nice area, in the middle of jackson. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Private parking on site provided. No charge for wake up service, a complimentary breakfast and ironing too❤

In general, the hotel was overall clean. Everyone was amicable and great. Nice room, coffee/tea making machines, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and ironing facilities were a nice surprise. The roof top bar was a delightful surprise.

I loved how spacious the King Studio Suite felt, allowing our family plenty of room to relax. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering fine panoramic views of the city while we enjoyed our happy hour drinks. The constant availability of coffee was a lifesaver for those early mornings, and the breakfast spread kept us energized for exploring!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the stuff where helpful and amiable. Asked for the suite and it was ready when we arrived.

Wi-Fi was solid, and the staff was very helpful with luggage storage. Pool was nice.

Parking here was a mess. Charged $40 a night for a lot that didn't seem secure at all, and I heard about attempted break-ins. Check-in was frustrating. Despite prior confirmation of early check-in, I had to sit in the parking garage for hours before learning our room was ready.

Everything was clean and the rooftop bar had amazing views. The breakfast spread was decent and I appreciate all the water bottles they provided. Staff were friendly throughout my stay too.

One word, pastries! Nashville offers good spots like Bang Candy Company and Central BBQ-with my taste buds dancing! The dog-friendly vibe with green space was a game-changer. Breakfast had plenty of options.

We loved the spacious room that was perfect for our family, especially with the elderly parents in tow. The breakfast spread was quite good, and we enjoyed the convenient location, made exploring downtown Nashville easy.

In my wife's opinion, the shower could have been better designed.

The King Studio Suite was super spacious, and the bed seemed like a cloud-definitely one of the comfiest stays I've had! The large bathroom was a nice surprise, too. I loved the modern vibe and cleanliness. Just a bit disappointed that the pool area looked like it could use some tidying up. It was a comfy spot.
